Our Policies

Payment Information

We are a cash pay only practice.  We will provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

To secure your appointment, the Total Service Cost is required at the time of booking.

​

We accept all major credit cards, Venmo and HSA / FSA accounts.

Cancellations

If you wish to modify your booking, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

​

If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time or fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged a $35 cancellation fee.

Late Arrival

We kindly request that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

​

Arriving more than 15 minutes late for your appointment may result in appointment being rescheduled and the cancellation fee being applied.

No Show

If you do not show up for your appointment and do not provide prior notice, it will be considered a no show, and you will be charged a cancellation fee.

We regret to inform you that refunds cannot be extended for any services rendered.
